HDP Van Provincial Building blockaded by police 2020-06-15 12:36:57 VAN - The police who blockade the HDP Van Provincial Organization building do not allow anyone, including party managers, to enter the building.   Dozens of police who blockade the People's Democratic Party (HDP) Van Provincial Organization building, do not allow anyone, including Party Assembly members and administrators, to enter the building. The police, which closed the entrances and exits of the street leading to the building, removes everyone from the vicinity.   The group including HDP Co-Chair Mithat Sancar who came to Van yesterday for the 'March for democracy against coup' is not allowed near the building on grounds of the footage of the visits he made.      JOURNALISTS THREATENED WITH DETENTION   Police removes everyone from the scene including the journalists they threatened with detention.   On 13 June, the Van Governorate banned entry and exit from the city by taking a decision from the Provincial Sanitary Board to prevent HDP's march. It was claimed that the march was banned due to coronavirus (Covid-19).
