	DİYARBAKIR - 14 people, including journalist Hakkı Boltan, who was detained within the scope of DTK investigation, were referred to the courthouse.

	14 people, including journalist Hakkı Boltan, who was detained 3 days ago within the scope of an investigation initiated by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the Democratic Society Congress (DTK), were brought to the courthouse after their statements at the police station were taken. The prosecutor will be taking the statements of the 14 people.

	 

	Those referred to court are as follows: Journalist Hakkı Boltan, HDP former Siirt Deputy Hatice Kocaman, HDP Diyarbakır Provincial Organization Executive Edip Binbir, HDP Sur Municipality Council member Ömer Filitoğlu, Democratic Islam Congress (DİK) members Mele (Imam) Naif Erdem and Mele Emin Ay, member of Energy Industry and Mining Union (ESM) affiliated to the Confederation of Public Workers Unions (KESK) Medeni Tutşi, dismissed Eğil Municipality Co-chair Gülistan Ensarioğlu, HDP former Provincial Organization Executive Çiğdem Ekti and Mekiye Güzel, MEBYA-DER former Co-chair Ayşe Dicle , Vahap Günay, Hüseyin Kaya."
