Altıntaş: Erdoğan is the one who should resign as the responsible party for the economic crisis 2020-11-09 12:32:41   İSTANBUL - Underlining that Berat Albayrak's resignation method is not serious, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Altıntaş stated that Erdogan should resign, which he pointed out as the main responsible party of the bad economy.   The President of the Central Bank, Murat Uysal, was dismissed by a Presidential decree the day before, and Naci Ağbal, the former Minister of Finance and Chair of the Strategy and Budget Presidency, was appointed to replace him. Last night, Minister of Treasury and Finance Berat Albayrak announced his resignition using his social media accounts. In a statemenet Prof. Dr. Mustafa Altıntaş made to our agency following the dismissal of Uysal on November 7(http://mezopotamyaajansi25.com/search/content/view/115060?page=1&key=685175af008b365b4820adfe0c856684), Altıntaş said: "We will see the impact of Uysal's dismissal on monday. But the impact was seen before monday, with the resignition of Albayrak.   Commenting on the resignition of Albayrak, Altıntaş said Erdoğan is the one that should resign as he is the onlyu one responsible for the collapsing economy.   'TWO PEOPLE WERE SACRIFICED'   Stating that Albayrak was a burden that the President felt obliged to bear, Altıntaş said: "I think he sacrificed two names together with the head of the Central Bank to get rid of that burden. Erdogan chose these two people as scape goats in order to isolate himself from this economic crisis."   Reminding Erdogan did not fulfill what the head of the Central Bank said and did not decrease the interest rates, Altıntaş said: "In that respect, he has sacrificed his son-in-law. Since there is no legal order in his palace and sultanate administration, this can be considered a sacrifice. Now it will relieve the public. The opposition will create a relief that it has finally done what the people have said. There is also an intent to change the agenda. But to sum up, what happened was a sacrifice for the both names."   'SHAM FIGHT'   Emphasizing that the person who will replace Albayrak does not matter, Altıntaş said: “Naci Ağbal who is appointed instead of Uysal is not very important either. Because the person who makes the decisions in Erdoğan alone. In that regard, Erdoğan came to the point that he had to acknowladge the demands of the society. He is creating a perception here to isolate himself from the crisis. Erdoğan is the one who should resign because he is the one responsible for his failure. It is he who politicizes and motivates society. These are civil servants, not ministers or anything. The head of the Central Bank is no different than the Land Registry and Cadastre Manager. However, these are essential institutions that should have a supra-government position."   Stating that Erdoğan created this failure, Altıntaş said: "Turkey has been managed with tales for a long time. The head storyteller was the AKP Chair Erdoğan. He had to find a scape goat, facing with the reality. The first scapegoat was the head of the Central Bank. Not it is Albayrak. This could be a sham fight. He might have resigned to releieve the public."
