Police pointing guns to our heads for 6 hours said 'get well soon' and left 2020-11-20 14:23:57 MERSİN – Osman Alkış whose house was raided by the police yesterday in Akdeniz and the people of the house were forced face down on the floor with guns pointed to their heads, said that the police who searched the house said 'get well soon' and left the house.   The house of the citizen named Osman Alkış (51) living in the Akdeniz District of Mersin was raided by the police yesterday morning. Stating that the house was raided due to the arrest warrant issued for his son Serdar Alkış, who settled in Germany 3 years ago, father Alkış said that the house was searched for 6 hours.   'HOUSE WAS SEARCHED TWICE'   Stating that their door was broken down with a ram and everyone in the house was forced face down on the floor, Alkış said the police told that there was a denunciation and complaints about them. Alkış said: "The police told that they were with the Anti-terror branch. They stormed the house. There is narrow place between our house and the neighboring house. They digged that place and searched for something after they are done searching the house. They brought K-9's with them. They searched the place with the dogs. When they couldn't find anything they called someone. Another team came. They searched the house all over again."   'THEY POINTED GUNS TO OUR HEADS THE WHOLE TIME'   Stating that the whole thing was inhumane, Alkış said: "They scared our children, us too to be honest. The children were asleep. They were really scared about the raid. They took the children and the women upstairs. They forced us face down on the ground for 6 hours, pinned down, guns to our heads. They searched the place until 9.30 in the morning. Then they sai, 'Get well soon' and left."
