HDP's Piroğlu: Deep state speaks through Çakıcı 2020-11-23 12:32:13   İSTANBUL - Stating that the resurgence of the organized crime organizations, and their bosses threatening the politics and the politicians is an indication of the deep state threat, HDP's Musa Piroğlu said, "Deep state speaks through Alaattin Çakıcı."   The head of the organized crime organization Alaattin Çakıcı, who was released from prison with the new law on execution adopted with AKP and MHP votes is now being discussed with the threats he made against CHP Chair Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu. Peoples' Democratic Party İstanbul MP Mus Piroğlu who stated that Çakıcı is trying to give the message that people should 'watch their steps', told that the threat is also an indication of the crack in the relationship between AKP and MHP.   SPOKESPERSON OF THE DEEP STATE   Stating that Çakıcı has been speaking on behalf of the "deep state" that has done all kinds of dark work in this country for decades, Piroğlu said, "In this perspective, we can see that this man is not a mafia leader, but a hitman committing crimes on behalf of the state. If we do not remind ourselves that people like Çakıcı have committed hundreds of crimes, that was revealed at Susurluk and killed dozens of intelectuals and journalists, we will be far from giving the necessary reaction. This structure speaks through Alaattin Çakıcı and MHP President Devlet Bahçeli is the political wing of this structure."   Stating that the words of Çakıcı and Bülent Arınç's statement on these words revealed the conflict inside AKP- MHP ruling bloc, Piroğlu said: "The fact that Bahçeli backing up Çakıcı shows how big the fight between AKP and MHP. We'll see what AKP will do about it in the upcoming days. But we can't say that the oppositions' reactions are enough. Instead of responding accordingly, the opposition choses to undermine the threat."   Stating that there is a clash of powers, Piroğlu said: "Erdoğan and his circle realized that they will lose the power with the polls he recieved before the June 7 elections. Seeing this, Erdoğan announced that he does not recognize the Dolmabahçe Agreement, ended the solution process. The country then turned into a pool of blood with the massacres came after end of the solution process. The 'Alliance of Public' is founded on the hatred towards the Kurds. Moves were made to destroy all the gains of the Kurds and war policies were put in effect both inside and outside the country. Unprecedented attacks were carried out against the Kurdish politicians. People were burned alive in the basements of Cizre. Cities were destroyed, bodies were annilihated, cemeteries were bombed. HDP Co-chairs were arrested. Now the government may make new moves in short term, like loosening the pressure and ensuring talks with İmralı, but none of it will be enough to save them."   Underlining that an investigation was launched against Çakıcı three days after his threats, Piroğlu said: "Emine Şenyaşar's two sons and husband was killed by the relatives of an AKP MP. One of her sons was jailed. The prosecutor requested 150 years for him the other day. Just like that, the defendant police officer who killed Kemal Kurkut was acquitted. When it comes to the cases of those who opposes the government, there is an impunity policy in effect. Those who commit crimes on behalf of the state, are being protected by the state. That's why we know that nothing will happen to Çakıcı as a result of that investigation."   'WE HAVE TO BE BRAVE'   Piroğlu added, "If we can not unite and fight togetger, we will pay the bill for their conflict with each other. We have to be braver and more determined. Let's put aside our concerns about each other and do what is necessary."     MA / Erdoğan Alayumat
