Scores detain in operation in İstanbul 2020-11-26 10:31:54 İSTANBUL - Scores of people were detained in the simultaneous operations carried out in İstanbul, including journalists.  Simultaneous operations were carried out by the police in 15 districts of Istanbul. 28 addresses were raided within the scope of the operation launched late at night in line with the warrants issued against 26 people.   Those who have been detained so far within the scope of the operation are as follows:   Deputy Mayor of Şişli Cihan Yavuz, HDK Council of Peoples and Beliefs Member Çiğdem Kılıçgün Uçar, Journalists Davut Uçar and Kesire Önel, Alaattin Altıntaş (ANYAKAY-DER), HDP Üsküdar former District Co-Chair Erşan Ongulu, Mehmet Karadağ, Muhsin Demir, Marmara Prisoner and Convict Families Association (MATUHAYDER) Co-chair Hüsnü Taş and association directors Muhlis Bozdemir, Nazım Adıgüzel, Yusuf Çelik, Emine Kaya.   When the police went to journalist Kesire Önel's house in Bağcılar, they could not find Önel there and raided the house of a colleague in Balat. It was alleged that there was an anonymous tip about Önel who was detained here.
