Constitution Court: Authorities have responsibility in October 10 Massacre 2021-04-07 14:36:33   ANKARA - Constitutional Court (AYM) decided about the appeal made by Hasan Kılıç who was injured at the October 10 Massacre. AYM ruled that there was a violation of right to life.   Hasan Kılıç who was injured at the bombing against Labour, Peace and Democracy Rally to be held in Ankara on October 10, 2015, appealed to the Constitutional Court (AYM) for violation of right to life. The decision has been concluded.   Kılıç stated in his appeal that the bombing was preventable and predictable and that the government failed to do these things and therefore his right to life was violated as a result of the bomb attack, and requested compensation for the damages caused by his injury.    The court ruled: "The claim that the procedural dimension of the right to life has been violated is admissible,   The procedural aspect of the right to life guaranteed in Article 17 of the Constitution was violated,   To send a copy of the decision to Ankara 6th Administrative Court for a retrial in order to eliminate the consequences of the violation of the procedural aspect of the right to life,   It was unanimously decided to reject the applicant's claim for compensation and to send a copy of the decision to the Ministry of Justice. "
