
Journalists Manduz acquitted

	KARS - Journalist Selda Manduz was acquitted from the law suit filed against her with the allegation of "being a member of a terrorist organization".

	&nbsp;

	The third hearing of the law suit filed with the claim of "being a member of a terrorist organization" against Journalist Selda Manduz, who was released after being detained in Kars on October 1, 2020, was held at the Kars 2nd High-Criminal Court.

	&nbsp;

	Manduz and her attorney Ömer Çapkurt were present at the hearing. Manduz rejected the allegations against her and demanded her acquittal. Attorney Çapkurt also requested his client's acquittal.

	&nbsp;

	The prosecution also demanded Manduz's acquittal.

	&nbsp;

	The court ruled for Manduz's acquittal, stating that criminal elements did not occur.
