Şenyaşar family to break their fast in front of the court house 2021-04-13 13:09:53   URFA - The 'Justice Watch' of the Şenyaşar family in front of the Urfa Court House is on its 36th day.Reminding that the people identified to carry out the attack at the hospital are working in public institutions, Şenyaşar family told that they will be breaking their fasts in front of the court house during the Ramadan.   Mother Emine Şenyaşar who lost her husband and two sons in the attack carried out  by the bodyguards and relatives of AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız and her son Ferit Şenyaşar who survived the attack wounded have been staging a sit in in front of the Urfa Court House for the last 36 days.   Coming to the courthouse every day at an early hour, the Şenyaşar Family demands justice outside the barriers of the court house.   'WE WILL BE HERE DURING THE RAMADAN'   Speaking in front of the court house, Ferit Şenyaşar recalled the attacks they faced and said: "If there was a fair trial my brother would not be in prison right now. My family is gone now. My brother was sentenced to almost 40 years in prison and he is held in solitary confinement. We can not go home. We will be here during the Ramadan. We will break our fasts here. We won't leave. We won't leave here until that 23 people identified by the prosecutor's office are under arrest.   THEY ARE WORKING IN PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS   Underlinin that the relatives of AKP's Yıldız were employed at the Suruç Municipality and other public institutions, Şenyaşar said: "The people identified as the attackers are working at public institutions. My brother did not kill anyone and he is behind bars. The expert reports prove this."   Şenyaşar family repeated their call for solidarity.
