
Constitutional Court to discuss HDP's Güzel's application

	ANKARA - Constitutional Court will discuss the application of HDP MP Semra Güzel, whose immunity has been lifted at the Parliament, on 22 March.

	The Constitutional Court (AYM) will discuss the individual application made by Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Diyarbakır MP Semra Güzel, whose parliamentary immunity has been lifted. The General Assembly of the Constitutional Court will put Güzel's application on its agenda on March 22.

	&nbsp;

	Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office prepared two reports about Güzel and sent them to the Parliament, and on March 1, Güzel's parliamentary immunity was lifted with the voting held in the General Assembly of the Parliament. Güzel had applied to the Constitutional Court.&nbsp;
