11 Turkish soldiers died in Hakkari, villages forced to migration 2022-04-30 13:16:11   HAKKARİ- It was stated that 11 soldiers lost their lives in the last 2 days during the clashes on the Hakkari border line, and it was stated that everyone in the villages on the mentioned line was forced to migration, except for the elderly.   After Turkey's attack on the Federated Kurdistan Region in cooperation with the KDP, clashes on the borders of Turkey and Iraq increased. Intense military activity and clashes continue in the Hakkari, Yüksekova and Çukurca borders. It was learned that the bodies of 11 soldiers were brought to Yüksekova State Hospital in the last two days. It was noted that there are increased military shipments on the border line.   VILLAGES ARE BEING EMPTIED   While the clashes continue, the villages on the border line are being evacuated. The people living in the village of Marinos, located in the vicinity of Kato in Hakkari, where the conflicts have continued for four days, are facing displacement. It was stated that all the young people living in Marinos village were sent from the village after the clashes, while shepherds who were not registered in the village population were also removed from the village.   YOUNG PEOPLE WERE SENT AWAY    According to the information obtained only a few elderly people remain in the village, many herds of sheep are left without a shepherd, and the villagers want to go collect their sheep are not allowed in the village. It was stated that the soldiers who closed all the entrances and exits of the village announced that the region was declared as a "Military Security Zone".
