Şenyaşar family: There is hope as long as you have the fight in you 2022-06-11 13:58:12   URFA - Continuing the Justice Watch for 460 days, Şenyaşar family made a call for participation in the commemoration on the 4th year of the massacre and said: " There is hope as long as you have the fight in you."   The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 460. The sit-in was launched on  March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. The family that comes from their house in Suruç, 42 kilometers away from the Urfa Courthouse, started the sit-in for the day. Staging the sit-in at home today because the courthouse is closed at the weekends, shared a message via Twitter.   Drawing attention to the commemoration that the Urfa Labor Platform will hold for Hacı Esvet Şenyaşar and his children, Adil and Celal, who lost their lives in the massacre, on Tuesday June 14 at the 4th anniversary of the massacre, the family said with the hashtag #AdaletİçinUrfadayız, there is hope despite everything. With the #AdaletİcinUrfadayiz hashtag, calls for participation in the commemoration began to be shared on social media yesterday. On June 14, at 10:00 in Suruç district, the graves of those who lost their lives in Suruç Asri Cemetery will be visited en masse. Afterwards, a mass sit-in will be staged in front of the Urfa Courthouse at 15.00 on the same day, and a forum on “Şenyaşar family and Justice” will be held in the Tahir Elçi Conference Hall located in the Urfa Bar Association service building.
