Lawsuits filed against journalists and protesters who joined to the  protest for Enes Kara

	İSTANBUL - A lawsuit has been filed against those who participated in the protest for Enes Kara, a university student who ended his life due to the pressures he got through in the community dormitory, and the journalists who followed the protest.

	 

	A lawsuit was filed against the students detained during the protest held in Taksim on January 14, 2022, for Enes Kara (20), a second year student at the Fırat University Faculty of Medicine, who ended his life due to the pressures he got through in the community dormitory.

	 

	83 people, including Yeni Yaşam newspaper reporter Yadigar Aygün and New Democracy reporter Tuba Apaydın, were beaten and detained on the grounds that they participated in the protest. A lawsuit was filed against those detained by the Istanbul 25th Criminal Court of First Instance.
