In the motion submitted with the request of Minister of Justice Bekir Bozdağ to respond, it was reminded that 79 journalists were detained according to the data of the Dicle Fırat Journalists Association(DFG).   The questions asked for Bozdağ to answer are as follows:   "* What is the reason for the increasing pressures, attacks, violence, detentions, trials and arrests against journalists due to their reporting activities?   * Has an investigation been initiated regarding the attacks, violations of rights and other unlawful acts against journalists included in the DFG's report? If so, what stage is it at?   * For what reasons are 79 journalists kept in prison? Is your ministry conducting a study for their release?   * Does your ministry have information about the violations of rights that journalists in prison are exposed to? If yes, will any investigation be initiated against those responsible?   * Was an investigation initiated against the police officers who tortured and ill-treated journalists Mesut Bağcı, Zelal Tunç, Berivan Kutlu and Elfazi Toral in Van on September 1?   * Who is the police officer who said to journalists Zelal Tunç and Berivan Kutlu, "I will shoot you, no one will find you"? Will necessary investigations be initiated against this person within the scope of unsolved murders and disappearances?   * Is there an investigation on the attack and harassment that journalist Tuğçe Yılmaz was subjected to? If yes, what stage is it at?   * What is the reason for the attack and unlawful detention of journalist Elif Bayburt? Has an investigation been initiated regarding the rights violations faced by Bayburt, who was prevented from doing her job?   * As a result of the violations of rights and law enforcement intervention; What is the number of press workers whose materials such as cameras, computers and mobile phones used in journalism activities are damaged and the damage is not repaired?   * What is the number of police, prosecutors and other public officials who have been investigated and sanctioned for unlawful practices against journalists since 2015?   * Do you have a report on the rights violations that journalists and press workers are exposed to? If yes, when will it be shared with the public?   * When will you take action to compensate journalists who are victims of unlawful detention, arrest, trial and other violations of rights?
