Jineology presented to the women of the world: Abdullah Öcalan's philosophy led the way 2022-09-07 16:28:42 NEWS CENTER - Jineology Workshop was held at the 3rd World Women Conference in Tunisia. A member of the Kongra Star Diplomatic Relations Committee, Manal Muhammed said: "Women in Northern and Eastern Syria have achieved many gains and victories thanks to Leader Abdullah Öcalan's philosophy."   Bringing together women from the Middle East, Africa and Europe, the 3rd World women Conference continues on its 4th day in Tunisia. A Jineology Workshop was held at the conference followed by Nujinha News Agency. The workshop, which drew attention to the role of Kurdish women in the liberation of society, was combined with the workshop "The role of women in war and conflict". Participants of the workshop made evaluations on the role and position of women in Northern and Eastern Syria.   ROJAVA REVOLUTION IS A SIGNIFICANT GAIN'   Manal Mohammed, member of the Kongra Star Diplomatic Relations Committee, stated that women need a democratic revolution. Referring to the revolutions developing in the world, Muhammed said: “However, the Rojava Revolution is very important because through it we saw that women organise themselves and became a symbol. Women in Northern and Eastern Syria have achieved many gains and victories thanks to the thoughts and philosophy of Leader Abdullah Öcalan.”   Pointing to the role of female fighters, especially Kurdish women, in the fight against ISIS, Mohammed emphasized that women should unite to expand their struggle. Speaking about Kongra Star and women's work, Muhammed said that Kongra Star was able to bring all the components together and organise their lives through committees.   A STAND WAS OPENED AGAINST VIOLATIONS   On the other hand, a group of women opened a solidarity stand on the sidelines of the conference to condemn the violations against Palestinian, Kurdish, Yazidi and Assyrian women. It called on the international community to stop the violations. Women shouted slogans in many languages for the liberation of Palestine and Kurds and for the liberation of imprisoned women.
