Public support for Emine Şenyaşar before court

	URFA - Emine Şenyaşar who will stand trial today with the accusation that she insulted and slandered AKP MP İbrahim Yıldız, whose relatives and bodyguards murdered her family, is staging the sit-in today with dozens of people in front of the court house to support her today.

	 

	The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 554. The sit-in was launched on  March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. The family, who came to the Urfa courthouse from their house in Suruç  early in the morning, started the sit-in at the "Şenyaşar family justice corner".

	 

	LAW SUIT AGAINST MOTHER ŞENYAŞAR

	 

	Continuing the sit-in, Emine Şenyaşar will face the judge today with the accusation that she insulted AKP MP İbrahim Yıldız on the 157th day of the sit-in. Accused of insult and slandering, the hearing will be held ay Urfa 4th Criminal Court of First Instance. A large group of Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Urfa Provincial Organization executives and members and the Urfa Labor and Democracy Platform joined the sit-in with the family before the hearing. The banner "Justice for Şenyaşar family, justice for all" was hung on the concrete blocks in front of the courthouse, where the sit-in continues.
