	DİYARBAKIR - Ten of the 12 people who were detained in the raid on their house in Bismil were arrested on charges of "being a member in a terrorist organization".

	&nbsp;

	12 people who were detained in Bismil district of Diyarbakır on Friday, January 20, were referred to the courthouse after their statements at the District Security Directorate. Habip Sinbağ, who was brought to the courthouse, was released after the prosecutor's statement. Dilan Doğan, who was transferred to the Bismil Criminal Judgeship of Peace with a request for arrest, was released with a judicial control measure, while İmam Aras, Fatma Aras, Ozan Oral, Hasan Koç, Rozerin Bakır, Berat Yavuz, Metin Çelik, Mahsun Erkek, İbrahim Yaprak and Vezir Pattır were arrested on charges of "being a member in a terrorist organization".

	While the arrested are taken to prison, the confidentiality order continues in the investigation.
