	NEWS CENTER – Mehmet Yaşar Coşkun, the contractor of Rönesans Residence, which was destroyed in the earthquake in Hatay, has been taken into custody.

	Mehmet Yaşar Coşkun, the contractor of Rönesans Residence, one of the most luxurious buildings in Hatay that collapsed in the earthquake, was detained while trying to escape abroad. Coşkun, who was detained at Istanbul Airport, was taken to the Istanbul Airport Police Department.

	ABOUT THE RESIDENCE

	Renaissance Residence, the construction of which was completed by Antis Yapı in 2012, was destroyed after the earthquake. The apartments in the 12-storey building, in which 250 houses were destroyed, were offered for sale between 1.5 million liras and 3 million liras. It was stated that the residence project was built on a "mat foundation" in accordance with earthquake regulations.
