In the phone call he made with his family, he stated that his needs are not met even from the canteen and that the items sent to him for a month are not given either.   PRISON IS NOT EVEN PERMITTED TO TAKE A BATH   The brother of Arsu, Hazal Arsu, stated that the belongings they sent to her brother had not been delivered to her for a month and said: "My brother has been in prison for 12 years and has been held in a solitary cell for 5 years. He was exiled from Siverek Type T Closed Prison to Ankara Sincan No. 1 High Security Closed Prison on January 13. There are items we sent when he was in a solitary cell in Siverek. Although we called Siverek prison and paid a shipping fee, his belongings are not sent to him at the moment. Whenever we call, they say 'ok' and they don't send. The prison guard said to us, 'I don't send it, I will send it whenever I want. Come and send it yourself.' We sent some needs from the canteen, but they were not delivered for a month. We want this problem to be resolved. My brother was not even allowed to buy his needs from the canteen, they could not buy toothpaste, they were not even allowed to take a bath, so they did not eat. even say that he has difficulty eating it. We have sent the items he will need for this, but it has not been delivered to him yet.”   Demanding that the problems in prisons be resolved, Arsu called on the rights defenders to protect the rights of the prisoners.
