Denial of Xwebûn and JINNEWS access block appeal

	DİYARBAKIR- The objection to the rejection of the objection to the access blocking of the Kurdish weekly newspaper Xwebûn and JINNEWS's websites was also rejected.

	 

	The objection made to the Ankara 5th Criminal Court of Peace was also rejected upon the objection made by the Ankara 4th Criminal Court of Peace to the website of the Kurdish weekly newspaper Xwebûn and the women's news agency JINNEWS.

	 

	Lawyer Resul Temur, Deputy Chairperson of Diyarbakır Bar Association Mehdi Özdemir, Özlem Ender on behalf of the Press and Law Association Truth Research Association, Mir Ali Koçer, Google LLC attorney after the rejection of Gönenç Gürkaynak's objection to the Ankara 4th Criminal Court of Peace for the removal of the access block, their appeal to the Ankara 5th Criminal Court of Peace for the rejection of the objection was also rejected.

	 

	The Ankara 5th Criminal Court of Peace, which did not find the grounds of the objection, rejected the objection, finding the grounds of refusal of the Ankara 4th Criminal Court of Peace in accordance with the procedures and laws.
