	ISTANBUL - Mehmet Bayezit, who attacked HDP Istanbul Provincial Organization for the second time, was released by the court again.

	 

	Mehmet Bayezit, who attacked the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Istanbul Provincial Organization, was released by the court for the second time. Bayezit went to the party building on February 21 and attacked. Bayezit, who was transferred to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan after his police statement, was released on February 22 by the Criminal Judgeship of Peace, from which he was dismissed.

	 

	THE ATTACKER WAS RELEASED AGAIN

	 

	Bayezit came to the party building again on March 25 and painted the doors and walls with spray paint in his hand. Bayezit was detained by the police at his home in Kağıthane. Bayezit, who was taken to Kasımpaşa Police Station, gave a statement for "damaging property". Bayezit said in his statement that he did not like the "color" of the building, so he painted it.

	 

	Bayezit, who was brought to the prosecutor's office, was transferred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace with the request to be released on condition of judicial control. Bayezit was released by the judge in the evening.
