Saplings planted for the freedom of Abdullah Öcalan

	NEWS CENTER - Various activities were celebrated in Van and Izmir on the 74th birthday of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

	 

	A sapling was planted in the Qurûbaş District of the Artemêt (Edremit) district of Wan, on the occasion of the 74th birthday of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan under the leadership of the Association for Assistance and Solidarity with the Families of Detainees and Convicts (TUAY-DER). Tevgera Jinên Azad (TJA), members of the Association of the Bereaved in the Cradle of Mesopotamia (MEBYA-DER), Democratic Regions Party (DBP), People's Democratic Party (HDP), Peace Mothers Council members, members of the Greens and Left Future Party (Green Left Party) Many people attended the planting event. The slogans of "jin, jiyan, azadi" were frequently shouted at the event. It was requested that the saplings planted be instrumental in the freedom of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan. The event ended with zılgıt, applause and slogans.
