Attack on HDP not watched on the grounds that the hard disk failed

	ADANA - Ahmet Mayuk, who attacked the HDP Çukurova district building with a stone, was prosecuted for "damaging property".

	 

	The Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office completed its investigation against 20-year-old Ahmet Mayuk, who attacked the People's Democratic Party (HDP) Çukurova District Organization building with stones on April 14, 2022. The prosecutor's office prepared an indictment against Mayuk, who attacked the HDP building, on the charge of "damaging property" and presented it to the court. Adana 32nd Criminal Court of First Instance accepted the indictment and filed a lawsuit against Mayuk on the charge of "damaging property". Mayuk, who was on trial pending trial, will begin his trial in the coming days.

	 

	In the indictment, it was claimed that the camera images showing the moment of the incident were requested from the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services, the images were backed up to a hard disk, but the images could not be viewed due to the failure of the hard disk. It was stated that data recovery was carried out on the hard disk by the teams of the Anti-Cyber Crime Branch, but the camera images could not be recovered.
