Özkan who lost her life in Mawa buries

	ŞIRNEX - YJA-STAR member Zeynep Özkan, who lost her life in the conflict in Mawa, was buried under the military blockade in Basa district of Şirnex.

	 

	The body of YJA-STAR member Zeynep Özkan, who lost her life in the military operation that started on June 18 in the rural areas of Xirbêkûr (Palamut) village of Mawa Region of Êlih's (Batman-Kurdistan) Heskîf (Hasankeyf) district, was taken to Batman Training and Research Hospital. The family who identified the body received it and brought it to Bana village in Basa (Güçlükonak) district of Şirnex (Şırnak).

	 

	MEBYA-DER executives and family members attended the funeral ceremony. She was buried in the village cemetery, accompanied by lamentations and under military blockade.
