	NEWS CENTER - The 250th issue of Xwebûn newspaper was published with the headline “Qiyametê rakin”.&nbsp;

	The 250th issue of Xwebûn, the only weekly Kurdish-language newspaper, was published with the headline “Ji bo ziman, çand û hebûnê qiyametê rakin (Make a great Fuss for your language, culture and existence)”.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	The newspaper's headline and editorial drew attention to the police raids on associations offering Kurdish lessons and the detention of Kurdish instructors. Attention was also drawn to the tender for the slaughter of mountain goats.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	The women's page of the newspaper featured an interview with writer Serdil Akdağ on the question “Why is the family a miniature of the state”. There was also an interview with ÖHD lawyer Rengin Ergül on Abdullah Öcalan's “right to hope”. &nbsp;
