Cizre files remained unsolved 2018-10-06 11:02:39   ŞIRNAK- 72 of the investigation files about the people who lost their lives in the curfew period in Cizre have decided non prosecution while 7 of them got permanent search warrant. The investigation files of the Cizre curfew’s September 4 to 12 and September 14 to March 2 are closed one by one.     72 of the investigation files about the people who lost their lives in the curfews in Cizre were decided non-prosecution by Cizre chief public prosecution’s office. Most verdicts were that the people who were killed were members of an illegal organisation. Even 14 years ol Hasan Ayaz were considered so and the investigation file about him gone non-prosecution. The verdicts prosecution gave considered the deaths were justifiable. Some of the files of the people who died advocated that the deaths were from natural causes and the authorities could not be blamed.     CEMİLE,SELMAN,MERYEM   Permanent search warrant was given to 7 of those files due to the fact that the suspects have not yet been found. Meryem Süne(53) and Mehmet Erdoğan (75), who were shot dead in the first curfew, Cemile Çadırga (10) whose body was kept in the fridge because her family could not go out to bury her, Selman Ağar (9) and Hakkı Külte (13) were some of those names.     ERTENE CASE IS ALSO DECLARED UNSOLVED    Finally the case of Hüseyin Ertene (16) declared unsolved with the decision permanent search warrant and left being time barred. The period of limitation for murdering a child is 30 years . Prosecution’s Office who disclosed Ertene’s death as “ Hit by a bullet coming from an unknown location” ruled the case as “ Permanent search warrant has been granted due to the fact that the suspect wasnt able to be found despite all efforts”    In addition to all of these , many cases are stil being investigated. Some of those cases have confidentiality orders and some of them no information can be reached.
