	İSTANBUL-Mustafa Doğan, father of Güney Doğan who got killed in the Ankara Massacre said: "I still hear him walking up the stairs. Like he is walking up the stairs and coming home..Güney lives on..He will always live with us." and added, they will never give up on their pursuit of justice.

	 

	When the calender showed October 10, 2015 lots of people from all around Turkey made their way to Ankara with the maxim labour, peace and democracy. 103 people lost their lives in front of the Ankara train station building with 2 bombs of ISIS.The mortal remains of those who held hands in that square in peace were on their way to their homes all over Turkey the other day.

	 

	In the file Ankara 4th Criminal Court suited, the lawyers of the families of the dead and the wounded have demanded inquisition about the public officials who had responsibility in the disaster and their demand got denied every trial they demanded it. In the case determined on August 3, 2018, 9 defendants sentenced to life; once on count of "infringement of constitutional order" and one hundred times on count of murder.

	 

	The families have filed complaint about Ankara governer, police commissioner and minister of the interrior on account of the fact that they had responsibility in the disaster that happened.Unfortunately, Ankara Chief Publicprosecuter's office have made the decision of not putting them in process twice.

	 

	The family of Güney Doğan, who were studying constructional engineering in İstanbul Technical University (İTÜ) is just one of the families who are in pursuit of justice.

	 

	'THIS GOVERNMENT FEEDS ON BLOOD' 

	 

	Father Doğan who stated that the pursuit of justice in the case going on for 2 years have been a torture commented on the judicial process: "The process had been a torture.They moved the trial to a remote location in Ankara just to keep us from following it. But no matter where they exile our case, we will not back down on our pursuit of justice." 

	 

	'WE WILL DEMAND PEACE EVEN IF ONE OF US REMAINS STANDING'

	 

	Father Doğan emphasizing the fact that those who went to Ankara had pencils in their hands and word "Peace" in their tongue said; "They did not have guns or bombs in their hands.They went there because they wished this country to be a place of peace and justice. This was their sole ambition. A government feeding on blood only mention democracy in word.That's why they were uncomfortable hearing the word "Peace".

	 

	Father Doğan who says that they will insist on wishing for peace, emphasized it is getting worse day by day in this country, added that they will demand peace even if on of them remains standing. 

	 

	'GÜNEY WILL LEAVE ON' 

	 

	Father Doğan saying that he wanted Güney to go to school no matter what because he wasnt able to added : " I always resented that i could not study and i always told myself that if i ever get married i will send my children to school. I told Güney that i couldnt go to school but he will and he ensured me he will study..so did he.He never let me down. Every time i come home, i hear him walking up the stairs..Like he is coming back home.Güney lives on. He will always live on."

	 

	PROPER STEPS WERE NOT TAKEN

	 

	Doğan's mother who states that the neccesarry precautions were not taken during the meeting, said : " If they took necesarry precautions that day I would have my Güney beside me right now. We would not have to go through this agony. We'd peace. They wrecked my home. Those who have fallen that they were brilliant people. They had a will to live. Isnt it a shame? The government made this happen."

	 

	'MY SONS'S SOLE PURPOSE WAS PEACE' 

	 

	Mother Doğan who emphasizes that her son's sole purpose was peace, stated that the process of the trial itself was torture. Mother Doğan who commented on the trial process said : "They didnt even let us sit on the ground. They behave like we dont belong to this country. "

	 

	'LAW ENFORCEMENT AND THE PROSECUTION ARE RESPONSIBLE'

	 

	"If the government were as powerful as they claim, they would punish everyone responsible harshly." said Mother Doğan. "No one did anything. it was clear as day that the bombs will explode. Government officials, prosecutors, police they are all responsible". 

	 

	I FEEL DEAD INSIDE..

	 

	Mother Doğan who says she lost all hope with her son said : "I feel dead inside. Where ever i walk, i see him walking with me. When i see the youngsters ,it tears me apart Why can't my son walk with me? Why can't my child walk? What was his crime? I raides him sweat and blood without any help from the government..He had a bright future..They took him from me."
