
Dr. Yerlikaya: Bag law must be withdrawn

	DİYARBAKIR- Dr. Halis Yerlikaya who stated that the problems in health are caused by the mentality that sees the hospital as a business and the patient as a customer emphasized that some of the articles in the bag law made the professional organizations inoperative and the bag law must be withdrawn.

	&nbsp;

	The Proposal of the Law Amending Certain Laws and Decree Laws proposed by AKP on October 30 was referred to Parliamentary Counsel after it was discussed in Parliamentary Health Commission. The questionable bill of law was enacted on November 15.

	&nbsp;

	Turkish Medical Association member Dr. Halis Yerlikaya insists that the bill that has nothing to do with avoiding violence must be withdrawn completely.

	&nbsp;

	Yerlikaya emphasizing that some of the articles in the bill of law made the professional organizations inoperative , said: "There are certain articles about pharmaceutics and medicine. An article that enables the private companies opening their own pharmacies was enacted. Constitutively,the bill they promoted as a bill that avoids violence has nothing to do with avoiding violence. It only involves punishments for doctors. Our demand is to withdraw the bill completely and represent it with disincentives .
