They made a prisoner take medicine by force 2018-11-22 16:03:05   ANKARA- Hacer Usta , mother of Ersin Ürkek a prisoner kept in Bolu Prison, applied to the prosecutor’s office  recieved a response claiming her son had committed suicide. While Usta asserted that her son was forcefully took those medicine, the prison administration claimed, “There are suicides occuring in the prison but this has nothing to do with what’s going on in the prison.”   A prisoner kept in Bolu Type T Closed Prison was battered. Ürkek’s mother Hacer Usta told about what happened to her son in Bolu Prison which usually comes up with violation of rights as: “ He told me to help him moved to another prison when I last visited him. I told him to try to hold on for a little bit more because we did  not have money. Then he called me and said ‘The guards are constantly attacking me. I have no security of life. Please save me.’ Then he hung up and we could not speak again. The last thing I can remember is his crying.”   THEY MADE HIM SWALLOW PILLS   Usta said they submitted a petitin to the prison administration and they respond to her by saying her son committed suicide.When Usta told about  what they said to her son on the phone when she last spoke to him, her son told him ‘I did not commit suicide. How can I get that many pills in the prison. Please don’t ask me anymore question or they will kill me.”   Usta applied to Human’s Rights Association to help her move him to another prison.
