'Guidebook of Peace' was sent to Presidency 2018-11-23 13:13:38   İSTANBUL- The Peace Foundation sent the pamphlet "The Handbook of Peace" to the Presidency and other political parties, including the presidents, academics, intellectuals and members of parliament.   The Peace Foundation has prepared leaflets for the purpose of revitalizing the idea of peace with the reduction of hope and search for peace. Hüsnü Öndül, the President of the Human Rights Academy, and Murat Çelikkan, the director of the Center for Memory, presented the definition of peace in the brochure widely.   In the brochure, which states that both the individual and the collective human rights are defined according to international human rights law, the pamphlet also includes how the right to peace is defined in the United Nations Convention. He also included suggestions for solutions.   The brochure, which emphasized the political, social and ethical structure of the demand for peace, was sent to the presidency, political party leaders, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), academicians, intellectuals and many parliamentarians.
