
Stem cell campaign for Öykü Arin in Dersim

	DERSİM- The members of the KESK Dersim Branches Platform have launched a stem cell campaign for Leukemia patient Öykü Arin.

	&nbsp;

	Many provinces including Dersim have supported the stem cell donation campaign for Leukemia patient Öykü Arin. Confederation of Public Workers' Unions (KESK) Members of the Dersim Branches Platform gave blood to the Turkish Red Crescent blood donation vehicle to raise awareness about stem cell donation, to create hope for children of Story Arin and all children with leukemia.

	&nbsp;

	Platform Spokesperson Nurşat Yeşil, who supported the campaign, said: ' Our sister Öykü have the Leukemia disease which can only be treated by stem cell donation. Many campaigns were launched in Turkey and in Europe. We tried to be one of them in Dersim. We would be very happy if we can create some hope for the children with Leukemia. We are calling on to our people in Dersim to be hope for the children with leukemia.

	Many stem cell donation campaigns were launched after the daughter of İzmir Tüm-Bel-Sen No1 Branch President Çağdaş yazıcı and Eylem Yazıcı's daugther was diagnosed with a rare juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) .
