Güven wasn not released in the hearing held for the 4th time yesterday by the Diyarbakır 9th Criminal Court.     The same court also rejected the request of release after the Supreme Court decided Enis Berberoğlu's release who is in the same situation with Güven. Enis Berberoğlu was detained when he was elected and when he was elected, he was released. Güven's attorney Balsak stated that she was not released because she said she will not give up her hunger strike even is she was released. Balsak also stated that the government is worried about the hunger strike being socialized.     Leyla Güven who is in a hunger strike for 50 days has a condition called 'hypophysis adenoma'. The medication for this disease requires the patient to take the medicine on a full stomach. The disease is not life threatening when the medicine is being used, but in a hunger strike the condition gets life threatening.Güven also faces risks such as loss of vision due to the lack of use of drugs. The stage of her health problems are not known because Güven is not accepting threatment. The fact that she has been in a hunger strike for 50 days has an adverse affect on her health.   Güven's daughter Sabiha Temizkan who drew attention to the fact that her mother is in a hunger strike for 50 days, said: "My mother dedicated her whole life to peaceé and added that she is worried. Temizkan continued: "I am proud to be the daughter of such a woman. She is confident that her demand will be met even the government is silent just yet. She says she is confident because her demand is right and just and the isolation in İmralı is unlawful. She says that her demand which is a constitutional right must be met. I am trying to be her voice to help her get through this process unharmed. It is hard to express how I feel but whenever I feel hopeless, I remember my mother saying 'Everything will be just fine' and it gives me power."
