'Reconciliation' statement from the university about Academician Damar murder by her student 2019-01-04 13:45:28   ANKARA- Çankaya University who made a statement about the research assistant Ceren Damar Şenel being murdered in her office, did not explain how an armed student get into the campus but told about 'Reconciliation culture'.   Çankaya University made a statement about the murder of their research asistant Ceren Damar Şenel being murder in her office at campus.   While University's statement did not mention how an armed student get into the campus, or the pressure over instructors, they told about reconciliation culture.   The statement is as follows:    " As a consequence of a vicious attack in Çankaya University Balgat Campus Law Faculty on January 2, 2019, we have lost our research assistant Ceren Damar Şenel. We are in great pain.   We believe this violent behavior can only be solved by idealist instructors who adopt reconciliation culture as a principle. We, as Çankaya University ,will do our part in taking steps towards  bringing this culture to life as soon as possible with all the stakeholders in our country.   We will live up to Ceren Damar Şenel's name and memory who fullfilled her duty  as long as Çankaya University is present.
