	NEWS DESK- Kazım Öz a director known for his films 'Photograph', 'Bahoz' and Zer was charged with 'Being a member of an illegal organization' with a sentence up to 15 years.

	&nbsp;

	Director Kazım Öz was taken under custody in scope of an investigation conducted by Diyarbakır Chief Prosecutor's Office on November 24, in Dersim and was released after his deposition.

	&nbsp;

	The indictment prepared by the Diyarbakır Chief Prosecutor's Office was accepteb by the 9th Criminal Court.

	&nbsp;

	The indictment charged Kazim Öz with an offense of &nbsp;'being a member of an armed terrorist organization' for 7 years and 6 months up to 15 years.
