	İSTANBUL- In a report sent to the Istanbul 17 th High Criminal Court by the technical team of expert delegation, Berkin Elvan was confirmed to be shot by the police officer Fatih Dalgalı.

	&nbsp;

	When the Forensic Medicine Institute insisted on not doing the investigations, the fact that the images being sent to a technical team of expert delegation was revealed. According to the technical expert report sent to the 9th hearing held at the İstanbul 17 th High Criminal Court today, the defendant Fatih Dalgalı is the same person who shot Berkin Elvan.

	&nbsp;

	The report said: "(...) As a result of the investigations made on the file it is understood from the images of the incident , it was highly probable that the victim was wounded as a result of firing at the time of 2:47:17." &nbsp;the time interval between the moment of the shooting &nbsp;and Berkin Elvan's fall is considered, the evaluation was made that the shot was not made towards the air. No richochet was detected.
