Journalist Doğan: We did not told the results of the medical report to Mother Sîsê so that she would not get upset 2019-01-25 12:19:39   MERSİN- Detainee journalist Zehra Doğan said Sîsê Bingöl's health is detoriorating. Doğan said they did not told the results of the medical report to Bingöl so that she would not get upset.   Zehra Doğan, Jinha editor detained  in Tarsus T Type Closed Prison, sent a letter to our agency regarding the situation of Sîsê Bingöl, a 85-year-old sick prisoner who is  staying in the same ward. Doğan said that the situation of Bingöl is getting worse and that the detailed letter she wrote about the subject was confiscated by the prison administration.   Doğan's letter is as follows:  " Mother Sîsê's process in the Forensic Medicine Institude (ATK) is completed. They gave a report that she can stay in prison. She is not in a good shape. She coughs all the time. She can not sleep at nights. Her blood pressure is too high and che can not eat anything. We have written a detailed letter about her health but the prison administration confiscated it. They are stalling her , telling her she can get out, but now they say she can stay. We did not tell her in order not to upset her."   The pictures of Sîsê Bingöl  and Baby Dersim staying in the same ward with Doğan was shared from Doğan's social media account.   While the report given from Mersin University declared that Sîsê Bingöl has a 97 percent body function loss and that remaining in prison is life threatening, ATK said 'She is faking it. She can stay in prison' in their report.
