'We are the voices of the prisoners inside four walls'

	HAKKARİ/MERSİN- The relatives of the prisoners who are on a hunger strike for 42 days in 59 different prisons against the isolation of Öcalan said: "We are the voices of the prisoners inside four walls" and called on to the public for awareness. Families: "If even one person loses their lives in this strike, to whole humanity will be dead."

	 

	Democratic Congress Co-chair Leyla Güven who has been on hunger strike for 79 days to protest the isolation of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan in İmralı Prison was released yesterday.While Güven announced that she will continue the hunger strike at home, the indefinite non-rotating hunger strike of the 234 prisoners in 59 different prisons is in its 42nd day.

	 

	One of the names who's on hunger strike for 42 days is Civan Temur from Van High Security Closed Prison. Tamur family called for public awareness and support for all the hunger strikers.

	 

	 

	Father Temur who shared that his son and the other prisoners are going to continue their hunger strike until the isolation ends, said: "What we all should do is to stand beside our children standing against isolation and help them grow their resistance. We are the voice of the prisoners inside four walls. Our voice will make their voice stronger."
