Children who were subjected to torture were made to sign the documents they did not read 2019-02-18 13:35:02   VAN - 3 children were punched  and hit in the head with a gun stroke in the Van Public Security Branch during their detention and subjected to torture by putting their heads in the toilet bowl and were made to sign documents without letting them read by intimidation. Attorney Naci Duman who met with O.D said they still don't know what did the children signed.   Attorney Naci Duman who met with O.D who is one of the 3 children who were subjected to torture while they were taken under custody and in the police station, shared the information that the children were made to sign some paperwork by intimidation. Duman who stated that the children were not allowed to read the paperwork they signed, said : "The police went back to the police station to see the children made them sign some papers on February 16. The children demanded to read the papers but the police intimidated them and told that the papers are not about them and that they should sign it. We still don't know the content of those paperwork."     Duman who stated that the depositions of the children who are in bruises were still not taken, said that the children were traumatized. Duman said: "We all know the consequences of a 16 year old being traumatized like this by torture. We will know the content of those papers after the deposition. As far as we know they imposed a conversation they called 'interview' illegally. They made them admit to some things as far as we know. Duman who met with O.D said the child were scared to talk to the attorneys because he was traumatized.
