	DERSİM-The certificate of election of Dersim's elected Mayor Maçoğlu was not given due to security reasons that can not be revealed.

	&nbsp;

	The certificate of Election of Fatih Mehmet Maçoğlu who entered the elections as the candidate of Turkey Communist Party (TKP) was not given. Maçoğlu, stating that the President of Election Board told him that they were not able to prepare the certificate due to the lack of personel and that they could not give him the certificate today for security reasons that they can not reveal, but they will deliver it tomorrow.
