Police Intelligence: October 10 fugitive defendants can take action again 2019-04-18 12:44:34 ANKARA-  The report sent to the court in the case of the Ankara Train Station  massacre case revealed that the ISIS could attack. Security General Directorate reported that some defendants who are still on the run regarding the Ankara Train Station massacre can take action again.   The Police Intelligence Department has refrained from sharing information with the court on the grounds that 'Intelligence information cannot be used as evidence in court' regarding the ongoing Ankara Train Station Massacre case.   Anti-Terrorism Department (TEM) who sent 8 page note, stated that defendants Bayram Yıldız, Kasım Dere and Yakup Selağzı might be on the look out for taking action again in Turkey. While seven of the defandants assumed to have died in Syria according to the article, attorneys of the victims who stated that the police hid information, said the fact that assuming Kasım Dere and Muhammed Zana Alkan is dire and need to be investigated.   While Ankara 4th Criminal Court have decided on imprisonment sentence on the 19 defendants about the Ankara Train Station Massacre took place on October 10, 2015 which caused the death of 103 people, the case of the 16 fugitive defendants were seperated. The second of the case about the fugitives will be held today.
