Sarısaç: This is where words fail, it is time for action

	MARDİN - HDP Deputy Murat Sarısaç who is on hunger strike in Diyarbakır ,underlining that the 15 prisoners starting a death fast is a message to the left and the socialists as much as it is a message to the government, said: "This is where words fail, it is time for action."

	Sarısaç said: "If those 15 prisoners feel the need to turn their hunger strike action to a death fast, as the leftist and the socialists, democratic institutions and progressivist , we have to check ourselves first and feel responsibility. The fact that these 15 prisoners starting a death fast gives us a message as much as it gives the government a message: 'Because you were unable to make the government respect and apply their own laws, we have to do this as a last resort.' This is where the words fail. It is time for action now.  That's why we have to chose the institutions we make a call right. It is no good to call on to the authorities that ignores their own laws, making the country a police state, battering mothers demanding peace to make the voice of the prisoners that laid their bodies to hunger to be heard. On the contrary, doing so helps the AKP- MHP government that uses the suppression and ideological apparatuses of the state without considering the law. In order for these demands to be fulfilled, everyone should do their part democratically, and back fascism down. That's when the lawlessness will end. "
