Mehmet Hayari Çİftçi and Mustafa Çiftçi desribed the torture they were subjected to at the court. All the detainees objected to the judicial control order and demanded their release. Mehmet Hayri Çiftçi and Mustafa Çiftçi requested their referral to the Forensic Medicine İnstitude, stating that they were subjected to torture. Hayri Çiftçi said: "I was tortured at the gendermerie station. They trampled me, I still have torture marks on me. They clubbed me. Hit me at the feet soles and hands. They waterboarded me. These things happened to me at the gendermerie station. They electrocuted me in the genitals while I was blindfolded in the police station.They trampled me again. I will make a criminal complaint. I reject the judicial control order!"   The court passed the following statement:  The court observed that the suspect had a rash of about 10 cm on his right shoulder.   Mehmet Çiftçi said: "I was tortured while under custody. They blindfolded me. Electrocuted me. They kicked me in the head, my ears ache. I will make a criminal complaint. I reject the judicial control order!"     COURT DECISION   tem Court decided to apply judicial control for Kenan, Müslüm, Sinan and Ahmet Yıldırım and Mehmet Hayri Çiftçi. Abdullah Buğa, Abdurrahman Çiftçi, Mehmet Kaçar, Mustafa Çiftçi and Ali Zencirkıran was released without judicial control but were given a ban to travel abroad.    Court denied the request of Mehmet Ali Çiftçi and Mustafa Çiftçi to be referred to the forensic medicine institution. Abdullah Çiftçi was arrested for his social media shares.    Those under custody are being referred to court in groups of ten.
