
Paylan: Any government that can not produce a solution buys more weapons

	ANKARA - Garo Paylan of HDP who states that the bag bills tabled at the parliament before election doesn't include structural measures, said: "A government that can not produce solutions, buy more weapons."

	The bag bill consisting of 20 articles &nbsp;was the first bag of law introduced to Parliament after March 31st elections. The law of the bag adopted at the Plan and Budget Commission was discussed at the General Assembly.The bag bill that was adopted at the Plan and Budget Commission is being discussed at the General Assembly.

	People's Democratic Party added an annotation to the legislative proposal of the bag bill as 'Bribe for June 23'.

	The HDP Plan and Budget Commissioner and Diyarbakır Deputy Garo Paylan evaluated the bag law proposal.

	Paylan said, “Because they consider the General Directorate of Security a parallel to the army. Any government that can not produce solutions, buys more weapons. Gaddafi has spent very important part of the budget allocated for arms. But the system itself could not adept to it and Libya today is a fire place."
