
Defences are done in the Panzer case, opinion of the prosecutor expected

	ŞIRNAK - The 9th hearing of the case against two police officers who caused the death of Yıldırım brothers with the panzer they drove into their house.The prosecutor's opinion is expected in the trial of the case where the testimonies and witness statements are completed.

	The 9th hearing of the case where armoured vehicle driver police Ömer Yeğit and Murat Maden that killed Muhammed (7) and Furkan Yıldırım (6) in Silopi on May 3, 2017 with a panzer they drove into their house will be held tomorrow. The case which police Yeğit was released at the first hearing and the police Maden was released pending trial will be held in Cizre 2nd High Criminal Court. &nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	One of the defendants, Rojhat Dilsiz, who attended all hearings since now, stating that the accused, who is reinstated to his work, may walk with a minimal punishment, called on to the non governmental organizations, bars and humans' rights defenders, and said: "a serious amount of public opinion must be molded". Dilsiz also stated that the prosecution can give an opinion tomorrow and the case can be finalized in the last 2 hearings.
