
AKP Executive won't evacuate municipality property

	ŞIRNAK - The historic municipality building allocated to AKP Women's Branch President Hatice Atan is not being evacuated despite the passing 4 months.

	The trustee appointed to Cizre Municipality of Şırnak &nbsp;on November 17, 2016 by the Ministry of Interrior, brought many buildings and establishments to the use of AKP Women's Branch President Hatice Atan. One of these institutions is the historical building in Kale Neighborhood, which is owned by the municipality. The trustee had allocated the institution to Birca Belek Culture, Art and Development Association, chaired by AKP's Atan.

	&nbsp;

	The historical structure, which is used by AKP's Atan as an office where she organizes activities on behalf of her party, has not been transferred to the municipality. The municipality served a notice to Atan to evacuate aforementioned property. However, there was no response to the warning.

	&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	The municipality management sent a notice to the District Government to take the necessary actions for the evacuation of the immovable.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	Providing information about the subject the municipal authorities stated that, at the point of the evacuation of the immovable the municipality and the aforementioned association did not even have a protocol.
