Irregularities in Urfa Metropolitan Municipality reflected in the TCA report

	URFA - The auditors of the Court of Accounts, which supervised the Urfa Metropolitan Municipality of the AKP, found that many activities were irregular,the the accounting entries of the immovables were not recieved and the immovables were given to their partizans without tenders.

	 

	Irregularities made in Urfa Metropolitan Municipality in 2017 were reflected in the TCA report. In 2017, the municipality rented many immovable properties to certain companies without a tender for 20 years, and some donations were not reflected in the accounting records. In the report, it is stated that some investment expenditures are not taken into the account of the related tangible assets and are directly expensed.

	 

	In addition to the fact that the Bank has borrowed 250 million from the Bank of Provinces on January 13, 2017, according to the Law numbered 2886, some of the immovable properties rented were re-rented to the same persons through an increase in the rental price without re-tendering at the end of the lease period. some immovables have been used in exchange for occupancy tax since the beginning and have not been tendered until today.

	 

	It was determined that the immovable properties of the municipality were not reflected to the precedent and fair values ??of the day, and that the immovables sold were removed from the accounting records over sales values ??instead of the registered value and some immovables belonging to the municipality were allocated to associations and foundations other than public institutions and organizations. Names and associations of these associations and foundations were not included in the report.

	 

	In the Court of Accounts report showed that public bus and minibus lines were given in contradiction with the legislation, while the taxi plates were given in contradiction with the decision numbered 86/10553. 494 taxi plates were given without tenders and more than one plates were given to one individual. 

	 

	The report also found that the plates of the services operating within the boundaries of the Metropolitan Municipality were given without a tender on the petition and that the public transportation vehicles operating with the D4 authorization certificate in the public transport for the province were issued without a tender.
