
CO-Mayor whose mandate was not given, detained

	KARS - Abubekir Erkmen who was elected HDP's Bağpınar Municipality but did not recieve his mandate because he was dismissed with a law decree, was detain by the police.

	Erkmen who won the March 31 elections by 55 more votes in Digor district of Dağpınar town, was not given his mandate because he was one of those who were dismissed with a law decree during the state of emergency. Erkmen's house was raided by the police early this morning and he was taken into custody and taken to Kars City Center.

	The reason of his detention remains unknown.
