Diyarbakır's elected co-major Mızraklı's case will be seen tomorrow

	DİYRABAKIR- The second trial of Adnan Selçuk Mızraklı, the elected co-mayor of Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality (DBB) will be seen tomorrow, in which he faces 15 years of prison. The acquital of Hicran Berna Ayverdi is demanded who repeated her statements against Mızraklı in court, as she was prosecuted with a demand of 73 times of  aggravated life imprisonment.

	 

	Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality (DBB) Co-Mayor Selçuk Mızraklı's second trial will be held tomorrow in Diyarbakır 9th Assize Court. Mızraklı was dismissed from his duty by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and was imprisoned on October 22 due to the statement of confessor Hicran Berna Ayverdi. For the places of the elected co-mayors, a trustee was assigned.

	 

	EXPECTING TO PARTICIPATE WITH SEGBİS

	 

	Mızraklı, who is facing a trial with a demand of imprison from  7 years 6 months to 15 years on accusations of "being a member of an organisation" is imprisoned in Kayseri Bünyan T2 Prison and expected to attend the trial via SEGBİS (sound and video information system). 

	 

	REQUES OF ACQUITAL FOR THE CONFESSOR

	 

	Hicran Berna Ayverdi, who made a statement against Mızraklı and aused Mızraklı to be imprisoned, repeated her statements at the first hearing of the trial in which Mızraklı was put. After repeating his statements at the court, Hicran Berna Ayverdi was asked to be acquitted from the case she was prosecuted with a demand of 73 times of  aggravated life imprisonment.
