It was revealed that Yağkara was sexually assaulted and murdered by Uğur Koçyiğit.   At the 5th hearing of the trial on 7 February, no decision was given, while the next hearing was postponed to April 17.   'WE ARE MISTREATED ONE MORE TIME'   Stating that the process of trial has been hard on them, father Yağlıkara shared to following statements: "As the processes of giving a decision lengthen, the families become desperate. We are mistreated one more time. After losing Eylül, we have been worn down physically and mentally. I could not work a while. Eylül always wanted us to move and live in Polatlı centrum, now we live here, but she is not with us. She was killed by a butcher. These offenders are taken out to the open prisons to let them adopt the society, but as they go out, they harm people more, rather than adapting."   CALL FOR SOLIDARITY   Yağlıkara concluded his statements as follows: "If all the people living in the society could look after for each other these offenders would not survive among us. If all the society comes together maybe we can raise our voices higher and everybody would understand that we are looking after our children. We go through this today, I hope no mother and father would have to go through such a thing."    Yağlıkara said that they expect the decision to be given in the hearing on April 17 and invited everybody to stand with them in the day of the hearing.    MA/ Zemo Ağgöz
