Singapore Ministry of Health: Coronavirus was detected in a passenger arriving from Turkey 2020-03-05 10:56:03 NEWS CENTER - The Ministry of Health of Singapore announced that a new type of coronavirus (Kovid-19) was detected in the tests performed on the passenger who were flying from  Istanbul to Singapore with THY. In the tests performed on the passenger who were flying from Istanbul to Singapore, a new type of coronavirus (Kovid-19) was detected.   According to the report of the Independent Turkish; Singapore Ministry of Health announced that Koronavirus was detected in a passenger in the Turkish Airlines (THY) flight no TK54 to Singapore.   Ministry of Transport stated that they are following up on the people the person with coronavirus contacted.   Ministry said they are in contact with Turkish Embassy regarding the issue.
